We shall assist the client to identify their key project objectives – the ‘brief’.

We shall examine the existing available site information and advise on additional baseline information required ie measured building and site survey information.

We shall study the site and consider the conditions and opportunities pertinent to the project. We shall prepare outline advice on possible development constraints informed by regulation, the site and the surrounding context.

We shall prepare initial feasibility studies and assessment of options to enable the client to decide how to proceed.

Once a better understanding of the aspirations as well as context for the project is established, we shall initiate discussions with the client over additional consultants and specialists that may be required ie engineer, quantity surveyor etc.

We shall agree a project programme with the client.
